IS anyone can help me to opt out from this mailing list..that will be
greatly appreciated..I just do not use endnote anymore...

Karen,
Please be more specific. Repeating your earlier post does not make it
easier for list members to help if you don't provide additional
information. How exactly do you edit the references? Do you delete the
author's name in Word or do you go through EndNote's "Edit citation(s)"
menu? What do you mean by "it won't let me eliminate the same author for
the second year"? How does this refusal to eliminate the author manifest
itself?
One quick fix would be to remove the field codes and edit the citations
manually, so that you have a properly formatted proposal.
