Hi Lesley,
The answer is NO, there is no option to display more than one author in
the display window, but I am curious as to why the student doesn't want
to have the preview pane open? I find it useful to preview references
with the 'Show All' style selected. That way you get to see all the
fields in the selected reference with all data in each field showing,
and you can move the 'bar'
above the preview pane either up or down so that it can take as much or
as little space as you want at the bottom of the screen. Using the 'Show
All'
style actually makes the new 'Hide empty fields' feature partly
redundant, since you can see all fields without having to open the
reference.
If you select 'Show all', make sure you change back to your preferred
bibliographic style before formatting references or opening a new
document.
