What you really need is:
PD- Date|/Year, etc.
However EndNote will not recognise a two-digit number as a Year, so it
still won't work for the pre-2000 references. This is a problem with
most Ebsco databases. The problem does not occur if you can use direct
export.
For articles from monthly and quarterly periodicals, you can get around
this by using the DT field, which is in the form:
DT- 19950901
So you put a list of lines in your Filter template as follows:
DT- Year0101
DT- Year0201
DT- Year0301
DT- Year0401
DT- Year0501
DT- Year0601
DT- Year0701
DT- Year0801
DT- Year0901
DT- Year1001
DT- Year1101
DT- Year1201
