how to get the infomation of " custom and smart groups" I want to export citations with the field including infomation of "cumstom and smart groups". Where is "custom and smart groups" stored?

i'm citing a number of books by one author, one per footnote, in nonconsecutive footnotes. what i want: 1. Author. His First Book [full cite] 2. Author. His Second Book [full cite] 3. Author. His Third Book [full cite] 3. Author. His First Book [repeats title of footnote 1] what i get: 1. Author. His First Book [full cite] 2. Author. His Second Book [full cite] 3. Author. His Third Book [full cite] 4. Author. [nothing else. so you can't tell which book the note refers to] i've tried different settings in Ambiguous Citations, Repeat Citations, etc. Tried entering a short title in a test citation. have searched manuals, this forum, google. can't figure it out. i'm using Endnote X5 for Mac. any thoughts appreciated.
