I need to import references from endnote 9 to endnoteweb and from endnoteweb to endnote 9.
It doesn't work. How should I do it (particularly, which format are required?
Thank you,

The direct transfer between Endnote and EndNote Web only works with
EndNote X and later versions.
So you will have to export the references to a text file, and then
import them with a filter.
In EndNote 9, select the references which you wish to export. Change the
active output style to "EndNote Export".
Then click on File>Export and export the references as a text file. Then
open EndNote Web and click on Collect>Import References. Import the file
using the filter called "EndNote Import".
To reverse the process, in EndNote Web, click on Format>Export
References, and select the Export Style "EndNote Export". Save the
references as a text file. In EndNote 9, click on File>Import, and
import the file using the Import Option "EndNote Import".
