Hi All,
Has there been any change in the WIndows/X1 memory leak?
Does the X1.0.1 patch* correct this?
There certainly was a bit of notice paid to it on the list and now all
is quiet did everybody just get used to it :-) ?
I've reverted to X.0.2 in mean time as the Groups don't offer much at
present - see further down this list
* NB Thomson >> Wouldn't it be good to actually include a bug fix list
as distinct from " and over 50 enhancements." last time we saw one was
the 9.0.1 patch
regards

I'm on v. X1.0.01 (Windows), and the memory leak is still there. I think
the reason it's gone quiet is that it doesn't actually cause any
noticeable problems (for me, anyway). I still often have Endnote open
all day, along with many other programs, and the computer still operates
fine with no crashes. At worst Endnote only seems to get up to around
60-70 MB of memory usage, which isn't much when you've got 1GB of RAM...
