I've never really investigated EN groups as I'm still on X.0.2 but I use
PC to organize my database(s) and export just the publication details to
EN for CWYW. Since EN has this neat concept of a travelling library,
once I have finished a paper I don't need the EN library any more.

PC groups are easy to use. There is a Groups view of the database (like
the Term Lists view but separate). Clicking on any group name shows all
the records in that group. Neither Shift-click nor Ctrl-click will work
(would be a nice idea) but to see the records in more than one group you
can either mark all the records in each group (click Clear Marked, click
first group, click Mark List, click second group, click Mark List) then
go to the Marked Records view OR use a search like

Group = "Brain", "Cognitive"

which you can type in or construct by clicking buttons on the Search
view. You can also

Group = "Brain" AND Group = "Cognitive"

or

Group = "Brain" AND Group = "Cognitive" AND Author = Caplan

and to search in just one group you can search Author = x within that
group.

The usefulness of PC groups is in the integration with other views.
The feature that will keep me on ProCite is the multiple views of the
data - all records, marked records, terms, groups, and duplicates - and
the fact that these views are maintained simultaneously so that you can
go from one to another and back.

Hear, hear.
