We have migrated to EndNote X recently and are experiencing
difficulty installing it successfully in our Citrix environment (which
was working successfully with EndNote 7).
Problem: Having copied the Styles, Filters and Connections
folders to the appropriate location on the Citrix server we cannot get
EndNote to look there for them. So, when opening the EndNote program it
wants to look for styles, filters and connections in C:\Program
files\EndNote ... but we want it to look in (e.g.) M:\My documents ...
We can change the location for that session and it works just fine.
Question: Can we change the folder locations default to always
look in the M:\ ? We have tried this but everytime we open a new
session it has reverted to the EndNote defaults.
If anyone has successfully setup EndNote to run under Citrix we
would love to hear from you.
Many thanks,
Heather Lamond
