If CWYW is enabled, it should happen automatically. If it doesn't, then
you need to reformat it manually using the toolbar button (which looks a
lot like the bullet number icon of word, but is in the endnote toolbar,
or by tools, endnote tools, reformat bibliography. When you open that
reformat menu, you can easily re-enable CWYW by selecting the "instant
formatting" tab and hitting the "enable" button.

How does one renumber the references in the body of the manuscript after
