Has anyone else had users with EndNote 9 complaining of problems opening
EndNote X libraries?
We have EndNote 9 on our workstations but many students have X on their
laptops. ISI assure me that v. 9 ought to be able to open v.10 libraries
and I'm starting to wonder if there's something peculiar about the way
these students are saving or transferring their material.
