Re: Query for listserve or EndNote tech support

I am using EndNote 9 on a Mac PowerBook G4 running OS X 10.4.8 (Tiger).
I am unable to connect to PubMed through EndNote; I had previously been
able to do this, but it suddenly stopped working. I have tried
re-installing the connection file without success.

Anyone have any ideas about how to remedy this problem?
