Hi Andrew

Seems to work fine with EndNote v9. For example:

Gayle, V. (2000). Inferential statistics. In D. Burton (Ed.), Research
training for social scientists (pp. 385-413). London: Sage.

In my thesis, there is an en dash in that page range.
