EndNote 8 - should we upgrade?

Dear colleagues I have been asked whether we should upgrade our computer labs, teaching resources etc to EndNote 8, but have heard a lot about problems with this version. What is the general feeling here - is it now "safe" to upgrade? When that happens, we will have to do some intensive testing and make a final decision about EndNote 8.
