Has anyone found a way to list secondary citations in a bibliography, as required by the Chicago Manual of Style? Example:
Zukofsky, Louis. "Sincerity and Objectification." Poetry 37. February 1931. Quoted in Bonnie Costello, Marianne Moore: Imaginary Possessions. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press, 1981.
It there a way to enter this information in the library reference, or can I enter it manually in the bibliography without compromising the format?
Thank you,

Kristin,
I've encountered the same issue. There's an easy kludge you can use immediately to add the information to the library reference. The more elegant solution is to modify the journal template in the style itself.
In the existing journal template for Chicago 15A, you could add the necessary information to the "pages" field. Your example does not include a page span, and you apparently use the "date" field for the month & year, instead of the "year" field. If this is correct, you would add the following to the (empty) pages field:
. Quoted in Bonnie Costello, Marianne Moore: Imaginary Possessions. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press, 1981.
This will then appear in the bibliography, exactly as typed, at the end of your citation. You'll need to include the period. On the "Edit" menu, use "style / italic" to format the secondary book title.
Alternately, you could add the same information to the end of the "date" field, following your month & year. The result should be the same.
