Worldcat and athens password

Hello
Although I have been allocated a valid athens username and password by my
university whenever I try to connect to it with endnote it says that my
autho/password are invalid.
Can anyone help?

Namira,
To access bibliographic databases from our university I have to either be
using a university computer or be using a VPN connection from home. The VPN
authenticates me as a valid university user with my university username and
password. Then I can CONNECT through EndNote by clearing the EndNote REMOTE
PASSWORD authentication fields (username and password) and pressing OK.
To date, no-one at my university has been able to provide me a username and
password that works in the Remote Password screen shown when connecting in
EndNote.
