Hi,
I'm finding myself adding entries to the journal term list for most libraries that I'm using and was wondering whether there was a way of updating all libraries across the board every time I add an entry or an easy way of updating the initial term list that is imported? I'm using Endnote 5.
Thanks,
Astrid

It is easiest to update the journal term list and then it and then
import it to replace the term list in the other libraries. In endnote 7,
it only imports the new ones, but if there are changes, I think it will
import the changed one and not replace the original version of a
specific journal. You might want to play with it a bit, and always make
a back up of your library, just in case something you don't expect
happens. These options are in the tools, open terms list, open the
journal, and go to the lists tab. I think this is very similar in
Endnote 5.
