Macro security error message

I have Windows 98, Office XP, and EndNote v.5. I have not upgraded
because things work relatively well for me.
I used to be able to use the EndNote 5.0 toolbar in Word, but not
lately. I may have lost it when I upgraded to Office XP. I can get the
toolbar to display, but if I click on any of the icons, I get the
message, "The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your
Macro security settings."
EndNote5.CWYW.dot is in my template sub-directory, and my macro settings
are set to LOW. I do not see EndNote listed in my trusted sources. Is
this what is wrong?
I would rather not reinstalled EndNote, as most things are working well,
including me on my dissertation. I cannot take a chance on losing what I
have, but if anyone knows a simple fix, I would love to hear about it.
