Hello List,
I may have to combine two documents where the first document will not have
EndNote references in it (and I may not even have an electronic version of).
I would need to start the EndNote in-text citation numbers (and then the
bibliography numbering) at something other than 1 for the second document
where I do have it set up with EndNote references.
Is there a way to do this?
Even if there is a work around for me to be able to combine the two
documents in a different way, it would still be interesting to know if you
could start numbering at something other than 1. I don't see anything in
the manual under "numbering citations" that would allow you to do this and I
don't see anything in an output style edit box that would allow you to do
this. Am I looking (for love) in all the wrong places?
