correct there is nothing in Word 2010 showing a connection to Endnote

I used the command prompt run through. I got this error: The module "EndNote Cwyw.dll was loaded but the call to DllRegisterService Failed with error code 0x80070005

64 or 32 version? Have you updated to Endnote X5.0.1? (from the Help menu).

I recently downloaded the X5 from the university that I attend and did not have a prior Endnote installed on my computer. How do I find out if it is a 64 or the 32 version?

Sorry, I meant are you using the 64 or 32 bit version of Word2010? If I were you, I would call Tech support about this, as it is an error I haven't seen before. Remember you need to have MS Office closed (best that all programs are closed not just Word) to get Endnote to install properly.
