Subject: Issue with cite while you write in X3

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem when I use cite while you write in Endnote X3, when I do 'insert citation' the citation initally appears as say {Drewnowski, 1997 #614} and then I have to click on 'update citations and bibliography' to get it to change to the proper format of (Drewnowski, 1997). I'm not sure why it is doing this or how to fix it, does anyone have any ideas? Cheers Emma
