Subject: Bibliography - each reference is on its own page! Help!

I am finishing the formatting for my dissertation, a 350 page document with about 500 references used (in Chicago style). I had to create sections in the word document so as to restart the footnote numbering at the beginning of each chapter. However, when I did this, my bibliography got screwed up, and now EACH entry in the bibliography - all 500 of them, have their own page. I need them to go back to normal, ie. maybe 20 refs on a page! How do I change this formatting issue? I'm using Word 2007 and Endnote X1. Thanks!!
