Term List mavens
Author:    Posted: Mon, 5 Feb 2007 16:37:54 -0500
Is there a way to import an ENTIRE term list into another library?
I have a nice set of label terms in library A. I'd like to have the same
list in library B. Other than copying the terms in , one-by-one, is
there some way to import the entire list?

Thanks
Kevin

Yes. Read the "Term Lists" chapter in the EN manual, specifically the
sections "Exporting and Printing Term Lists" and "Importing Terms Into
Term Lists".

Getting a Term List from one library to the other is simply a matter of
exporting from the first and importing to the second.
Step 1: Open Library1, then Tools>Define Term Lists, highlight the list,
click Export.
Step 2: Open Library2, then Tools>Define Term Lists, highlight the right
list and click Import.
