With Web of Science [or Current Contents Connect] one can select to save the records accumulated during a search into a file downloaded to one's computer's desktop, to be imported into say EndNote. This time I encountered the problem that the 'savedrecs' file could not be formed, according to the message I copied and which appears below. I might mention that there is always a risk in continuing one's search for very long, because of errors such as forced logout - but this problem is different. The error messages are : Product: Current Contents Connect Selected action: Save to File Processing 16 records: 10... Software error: 325: parser error : expected '>'</bothauthornames> ^ :384: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: bothauthornames line 323 and REC </REC> ^ :619: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: REC line 311 and gb_results </gb_results> ^ :620: parser error : Premature end of data in tag gb_results line 1 ^ at /prod/products/WOK4Q32008/uml-3.5/shared/packages/CCC/CCC_Transformer.pm line 154 Any Suggestions/Advice?
