Dear all,
I have a client who is trying to direct export from Sciencedirect Embase
to Endnote 7.
the options she has chosen include:
1. citations + abstracts
2. RIS format (for Reference Manager, Endnote, & Procite)
When she clicks on Export a file dialogue opens asking her to save the
file. Endnote doesn't open and she isn't asked to choose an Endnote
Library.
She has successfully direct exported from Ovid Medline.
She is running Netscape 7.1
Does anybody have any ideas? I would appreciate any help before I go and
have a look at her PC myself,
regards
Jeremy
