How do I retain the Change Case library/file?

<<Pages from EndNote Change Case.pdf>> I have entered the list of Words
that I want EndNote NOT to change to lower case, e.g. HP, IBM, MIS, USA,
etc.
However, when I reload EndNote it gets blown away. I try to save it
with cut and paste but that doesn't work, I've looked for the file, but
I can't find it, I've looked in the manual and only find the attached
info on page 495 telling me how to add but not how to copy it :-(.
Canst thou assist? Can you e-mail me directly?
