How can I customize my reference type to allow for
Author. "Title." _Title_. By Different Author. Trans. Name. Publication
data
eg
Worrall, Non. "Commentary." _A Doll's House_. By Henrik Ibsen. Trans.
Michael Meyer. London: Metheun, 1985.
My attempts lead to labelling the second author as editor and treating
the translator of the _Title_ as translator of "Title."
