In Endnote 5 and 6 (can't remember in 4) if you select the formatted
reference in word, and click on the edit citation toolbar icon (A little
pencil in a pair of square brackets-also available from the Endnote tools
menu), you can insert any prefix, suffix or page number you want. This is
also possible using the formatting tricks outlined by Henk, in the other
reply, providing they are placed in the unformatted reference (CWYW needs to
be off or the reference needs to be unformatted manually, another button in
the bar).
