Dear Leanne, Virginia, and Angela,

Thanks very much for your advice on editing style files. Its not the
first time this query has come up at our Library - so nice to have it
confirmed as a real problem. The file Leanne sent is much better than
the one that comes standard.

Thanks also Hakon on question mark problem - doesn't seem to be unknown
characters - will scratch my head a while longer abour this.
