what version of Endnote do you have? I have EN6, and CWYW dialogue is
accessed from the Word Plug in. In my system, I turn on Word (2000), got to
Tools>Endnote>CWYW
there it gives options on settings.
The "format endnote bibliography" button also leads to a dialogue with an
"instant formatting" tab
