That is because Endnote no longer thinks the changed "authors" are a match, and it is pulling the information from the "travelling library".  You either need to replace them with the new records (delete and reinsert) or you can Unformat the references (NOT the "remove field codes!- best make a back up first).  and reformat.  It should prompt you for the match to the original (now wrong) "author" and you will need to find the corrected one to insert.  Or search and replace the old "author" for the corrected one, before reformating the manuscript.  You will also need to reengage the CWYW from the format bibliography dialogue (third tab).
