Hi everyone
I am running Endnote 6 on Mac OS10.2. I recently dredged up my PH.D
dissertation formatted in Word 5.1 for Mac and using Endnote 2. The file
opens but at every point where there is a reference inserted there is a
large gap, which upon clicking, reveals a text box 50mm square - it vanishes
upon deletion but returns when the file is reopened. I (and our computer
boffins) are lost for explanations - if you can help or shed any light I
(we) would be grateful.
Thanks
Clive

Word has advanced (so they say!) and endnote has had to change the way
fields are inserted over the years. You might try ISI Tech support directly,
to see if they can unformat the references so it can be reformated (you
might just try to select all and unformat on a copy, but I think that
doesn't work).
Best of luck.
