Hello,
In EndNote 6, how do you enter a reference with multiple cities and
publishers
(using APA5th for output style) as in:
Handbook of research on teaching
Wittrock, M. C. (Merlin C.), 1931-
New York : Macmillan ; London : Collier Macmillan, c1985.
Or for that matter how would you enter multiple cities and publishers and
dates,
as in New York: Macmillan, 1992; London: Collier, 1993.
Thanks,

I don't actually know the correct way, but I always pick my local
city and it's publication date (from my copy). Librarians' input
appreciated! Most books have multiple cities, since publishers all
have multiple addresses!
