need more templates

Have just begun using Endnote for the first time (V6).
I notice there is no template included for The Journal of Immunology.
Bummer man, specially as everything else seems to be there. Style for =
J.
Immunol, yes, but no template.
Does anyone have a template for J.Immunol (and preferably a wizard as
well?) If not, where can I get one? Why didn't Endnote include one? I
could make my own of course but having never used Endnote before and
being very short of time, I don't want to get into all that if someone
just has a template already made..
J.Immunol themselves do not provide a template. Isn't there somebody
somewhere who specialises in knocking up Endnote templates for
lesser-known journals?
Alternatively, is there another template among those already included
with Endnote that anyone knows for sure is very similar to J.Immunol's
requirements, which I could use or adapt with minimum fuss?
Help please. Am I the only one with this problem?

Adam
